What's Unique: Originally Inspired by Japanese taberu rãyu, these sauces are a bit of a mish-mash between different regions, cultures and countries, incorporating subtle flavours from Japan, China, and Korea. The curious brand name derives from Katie's nickname from her grandmother as a child, White Mouse, her blonde hair denoting the 'white', and Mausu the phonetic translation of ‘mouse’ in Japanese.
